  • 66 congregate apartments with large private garages available

  • 7 duplexes with private garage

  • 1 four-plex with private garage

  • 1 single family home with a double car garage

  • 12 income based rental apartments with no garage (East View Villa)

Our campus offers many advantages over traditional home ownership including companionship with like minded neighbors, maintenance free living and financial peace of mind that you never have to finance expensive home  costs like a roof, heating and air units, and leaking basements.  You can also eliminate expensive home maintenance and insurance costs, pest control and lawn care once and for all and enjoy reduced costs for utilities, cable, internet, telephone, and property taxes. Other advantages include pull cords in all apartments for emergencies with nursing staff close by, home health agency and therapy (speech, physical, occupational) department on site, social activities and many other amenities.

Affordable Rental and Lease Options That Fit Your Needs

Apartments are available for rent as well as for purchase under a life lease. Water and sewer are included, and utilities are at your expense. There are no additional fees for a couple vs an individual.

Rental Agreements

Rental agreements are month to month and can be terminated with a 30-day notice. There is no minimum rental period.

Life Lease Options

Life Lease is an option to purchase and have exclusive use of a specific apartment for the life of the resident(s) or until a time agreed upon by all parties (such as moving into the nursing home or a move elsewhere). We offer 2 Life Lease options:

  • 100% Purchase

    With this option you would pay the full list price up front and receive a 70% return for your investment upon vacating the apartment and a new lease to another party occurs. If the apartment isn’t leased after 1 year, Pleasant View guarantees the repurchase for 50% of the original lease amount.  Maintenance fees are due each month and payments in lieu of taxes are due in December and May.
  • 45% Purchase

    With this option you would pay 45% of the list price up front and there is NO return for your investment upon vacating the apartment.  Maintenance fees are due each month and payments in lieu of taxes are due in December and May.
